Every woman deserves care that’s personalized & powerful

Our story begins with one belief that pelvic floor therapy should feel as empowering as the results it brings. Here is Dr. Victoria Abeed and Dr. Carleigh Gall who specialize in helping women live life to the fullest through pelvic floor therapy.

Our story begins with one belief: pelvic floor therapy should feel as empowering as the results it brings.

Why I Started Better Women’s Health?

A woman jogs on the beach at sunset, with waves in the background and colorful sky overhead. At Better Women's Health we offer Running Analysis & Coaching Programs to help you run smarter, move freely, and prevent injury.

Pelvic health isn’t just physical—it’s personal.

I created Better Women’s Health to give women a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

After years in busy outpatient clinics, I saw how pelvic floor therapy often felt rushed, impersonal, and... awkward. Women were being told to “just do some Kegels” and sent on their way.

I knew there had to be a better way.

So I built it:

  • Private, one-on-one sessions

  • Evidence-based care

  • Spa-like comfort

  • Real results

Better Women’s Health isn’t just a clinic. It’s a space for healing. And we’re so glad you’re here.

Founder · Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist · Woman on a Mission

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with certifications in pelvic health and dry needling—and a full-body approach to healing. Whether it’s leaking, prolapse, pain with intimacy, or postpartum recovery, I treat the whole woman, not just a symptom.

What lights me up most? When a woman tells me she finally feels like herself again. That she went for a run without pain. That she reconnected with her partner. That she laughed with her kids—and didn’t leak. That’s why I do what I do.

Certifications & Areas of Specialization:

  • Certified in Dry Needling

Occupational Therapist · Pelvic Health Specialist · Holistic Healer

Hi, I’m Carleigh!

I’m a Doctor of Occupational Therapy with over 7 years of experience helping people build strength, resilience, and confidence in their daily lives. My passion lies in pelvic health and holistic wellness, and I believe healing happens when we honor the unique rhythms of our bodies and minds.

As an occupational therapist, I don’t just treat symptoms in isolation—I look at how pelvic health concerns impact the whole person: sleep, work, relationships, intimacy, self-care, and overall well-being. Many pelvic health challenges require day-to-day support strategies like bladder retraining, stress management, activity modification, and strengthening. My role is to help you find meaningful, realistic ways to adapt your habits, routines, and environment so you can thrive.

Whether you’re navigating pelvic pain, bladder and bowel concerns, or the transitions of pregnancy and postpartum, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy running, baking, cozying up with my cat and a good book, and enjoying time outdoors with my husband. These little joys keep me grounded—and I love helping others discover what fills their cup, too.
